Become the difference. There are so many formats out there for training, but you have to stop and ask what is best. Is it best to have "one cheat meal" or "one hard workout" with our formats we attempt to assist women in what their goals are and how to help them get there healthily.
Classes will include weights, battle ropes, kettle bells, squatting, TRX, body weight training and strength training! As demand grows and more and more, we can add more classes. There will be a published calendar monthly for workouts. Our workouts will sculpt your body and bring the burn. We will record body fat, take pictures and learn together. Workouts will be tailored to fitness levels. 3 days a week and monthly unlimited. Private sessions avaliable as well by request.

Though this gym is predominately for women, we have an Army veteran male on staff. He will offer Personal and advanced training for military and law enforcement.
We are all busy, but we need to have healthier options for meals. Come see us about a customized meal plan and what you can do to feel better! $4 meal prepping containers, coaching and more!
